Large share bathroom with individual units (4 toilets, 3 showers - one over bathtub). Room 5 has its own shower/toilet ensuite.

Fully equipped kitchen with huge fridge/freezer, 3 stovetops, oven, and microwave for self catering.

Wraparound verandah and deck with outdoor dining and lounges.

Main lounge / dining area has a gas fireplace, corner lounge with large coffee table ('kids' table?) and 10 seat dining table. Outdoor dining table/chairs may be brought in if required.

Second lounge (aka library) has cosy corner lounge, lots of books, magazines, games, and jigsaw puzzles.

Fans for summer (no AirCon). Please note that the upstairs rooms do get very warm on hot days.

Pricing
Subject to change without notice. Peak season pricing will vary. Prices are confirmed for individual bookings.
2 night minimum for Friday / Saturday nights. We may consider a single night, but preference is given to two night bookings.
Long weekends are 2-3 night minimum. The following prices are for the entire house, sleeping up to 20-28 people.

Monday to Thursday $1,100 per night. Single nights are OK, not including public holidays
